Lord Krishna transformed himself into a beautiful woman to fulfil the wishes of Aravan. This episode unfolds in Koothandavar Temple in Villupuram district of Tamil Nadu during the 18-day Koovagam festival where a large number of trangenders dress up as brides of Aravan.”
