The community is organized around a central fish market where local fishermen sell their daily catch. Traditional houses are usually made of wood, with tiled roofs and courtyards. The village also includes a small temple or a community hall, and a workshop for boat building and net mending. The fishing economy forms the backbone of these villages, with each member playing a vital role in sustaining local practices and preserving maritime traditions.”
